Shipping Policy
✓ Free shipping on every order — no minimum.
Free Canada-wide shipping is automatically applied to all orders at checkout.
ThePeptide.ca ships all orders from British Columbia, Canada. We currently ship within Canada only and do not ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders, to every province and territory, with no minimum spend. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
We use Canada Post and other reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, estimated transit times are:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been picked up by the carrier.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.
Packaging & Handling
All research compounds are packaged in temperature-stable, tamper-evident materials. Vials are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit, and cold-sensitive peptides ship with cold packs. Orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@thepeptide.ca within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will make it right.
