ThePeptide.ca ships all orders from British Columbia, Canada. We currently ship within Canada only and do not ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders, to every province and territory, with no minimum spend. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Carrier
We ship by Canada Post. Orders are deposited at the Pacific Processing Centre in Richmond, British Columbia.
Dispatch Time
All orders are deposited with Canada Post within 48 hours. Those 48 hours are measured in business hours only, Monday to Friday, excluding British Columbia and national statutory holidays, and the clock starts when payment clears — not when the order is submitted. E-transfer and bank-verified payments can clear hours or a day after checkout.
Our cut-off for same-day deposit is 16:30 Pacific Time, for every product. Orders that clear payment after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a statutory holiday are deposited on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once Canada Post has the parcel, delivery time belongs to the carrier, not to us. We do not guarantee Canada Post transit times and no retailer can. Canada Post's published delivery standards are estimates only, are based on normal delivery conditions, and are subject to change without notice.
Canada Post's published standards vary by province and by whether your address is a Major Urban Centre. We publish them in full, with their sources, on our Shipping Times page, together with the remote-area adjustment and the statutory-holiday calendar. You can also check any specific postal code against Canada Post's own delivery standards lookup tool.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Every parcel is tracked. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress directly through Canada Post's website.
Packaging & Handling
All research compounds are packaged in tamper-evident materials. Vials are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, arrives incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@thepeptide.ca within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
