Are your peptides tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical before it ships. We publish full COA results publicly on our Lab Results page — no login required. Tests include HPLC purity, LC-MS/MS identity, endotoxin, heavy metals, and sterility.
What purity are your peptides?
All of our research peptides are verified at ≥99% purity via HPLC analysis. Exact purity percentages for each batch are listed on the product pages and our Lab Results page.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days depending on location.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Peptides that require cold storage are shipped with cold packs to maintain integrity during transit.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD. Orders under $200 have a flat-rate shipping fee applied at checkout.
Do I need bacteriostatic water?
Yes. All lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides require bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. We sell bacteriostatic water in 3mL and 10mL vials. We recommend adding it to your order if you don't already have it on hand.
How should I store my peptides?
Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored at -20°C and are stable for 24+ months. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within 28 days. Protect from direct light and heat at all times. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Are these products for human consumption?
No. All products sold by ThePeptide.ca are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Under no circumstances should any products be used without the express direction of a licensed physician.
