Details

Each vial contains a blend of 5mg BPC-157 and 5mg TB-500 (10mg total) — the two most extensively studied repair peptides combined in a single vial.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice, researched for its role in tissue healing, gut protection, and accelerated recovery. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a naturally occurring peptide involved in cell migration, blood vessel formation, and tissue repair. Together, they work through complementary pathways — BPC-157 promotes localized tissue repair and angiogenesis while TB-500 supports systemic healing and reduces inflammation.

This combination is the most widely used recovery stack in peptide research, studied for its synergistic effects on wound healing, tendon and ligament repair, gut integrity, and reduction of inflammation.

Reconstitution

10mg vial (5mg+5mg): Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to get a concentration of 5mg/mL, such that every 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) equals 0.5mg (500mcg) of the blend.
