Refund policy

All sales are final once shipped. Due to the strict handling and cold-storage requirements of research peptides, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on delivered product.

Purity guarantee. We guarantee a minimum of 99% purity on every compound. If you purchase a batch before its independent third-party lab results are published, and the published Certificate of Analysis (COA) comes back below 98% purity, we will refund your order in full.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thepeptide.ca with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
