Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order — no minimum. Free Canada-wide shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

ThePeptide.ca ships all orders from British Columbia, Canada. We ship within Canada only and do not ship internationally.

Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery (after carrier pickup):
- Major urban centres: 2–4 business days
- Standard / other regions: 4–8 business days
- Remote / rural areas: add 2–4 business days

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. All orders ship in discreet, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging.

Damaged or missing orders: contact info@thepeptide.ca within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
